Writing to be Heard

How do you convince the mayor to put a skateboard park at the edge of town? Where do you "sound off" on the ugly statue they’ve put in front of the school? What’s the purpose of writing a letter? Do they always have to be serious? We’ll cover the in's and out's of letter writing, especially how to grab the reader’s attention and "win him or her over... and how to make the reader respond!"
